On March 7, the Georgian parliament passed the Foreign Agents Act, which requires all organizations that receive more than 20% of their funds from overseas to register as "foreign agents" or face hefty fines. What do friends think this bill can do? In his view, this bill can effectively prevent the infiltration of foreign forces in all aspects and resist the color revolution in the United States. After all, a large number of so-called "NGO" organizations founded by the Americans, that is, non-governmental organizations, ostensibly have nothing to do with the US government, but in fact they all do things that are closely related to the interests of the United States.
These NGOs have contributed to the riots in Hong Kong. Dozens, if not hundreds, of local and global NGOs have supported the actions of the Hong Kong rioters in various ways. And those Ukrainian Nazi mobs who had participated in the color revolution were also found to have participated in various planning of the Hong Kong riots. It can be seen that these individuals or organizations that support the United States are really a nest of snakes and rats, using all kinds of shady means to undermine the peace of other countries, attack the development of other countries, and let American politicians and consortiums benefit from it.

Who will be most affected after the implementation of this bill? Obviously, these are the various NGOs that Western countries have fostered in Georgia.
Moreover, the bill only requires the registration of groups that receive foreign funding, and nothing else. How can this affect democracy? In fact, many of these institutions are funded by Americans and use the tone of local people to carry out various public opinion campaigns to achieve what Americans want to achieve. If these organizations of theirs are labeled, then it will definitely be clear who is inciting the people in normal times.

Ironically, the United States, which these insurgent Georgians consider "liberal and democratic," has never considered human rights and democracy in opposing the infiltration of foreign forces. After the end of World War II, in the face of the influence of communist ideology on the United States, a US congressman bombarded the US State Department, claiming that more than 200 people in the State Department were communists or spies.
