Don Quijote is a digital assembly platform for a chain commercial space, using bim, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence AI and other information technologies to provide one-stop digital assembly delivery services for design, construction, operation and maintenance.

Don Quijote's BIM system can intelligently generate 9-dimensional data, including design plans, 3D construction drawings, budget lists, schedule plans, labor plans, bill of materials, procurement plans, process methods and O&M model data, eliminating the need for budget, procurement, project management and other links in traditional decoration. Design elements are split into modules with minimal granularity and stored in a database, where a project drawing is obtained, and BIM engineers simply reassemble existing modules to generate design drawings while completing a full set of construction data.

For upstream enterprises, it provides a refined management platform to serve installation enterprises and chain brand parties, and for downstream enterprises, provides digital construction navigation data to accurately control material costs, labor costs and construction progress. Don Quijote's business model has also undergone some changes.

In the early days of its establishment in 2016, don Quijote developed a digital decoration engine based on the SaaS model, the core of which is four databases of data (component library, ergonomic library, engineering library, resource library) and three engines (BIMzero intelligent design engine, BIM9D digital simulation engine, BIMc intelligent management engine), which can link suppliers, construction teams and customers. It is mainly to solve the pain points caused by the decoration industry still relying on experience + manpower-driven model.

Starting from Q4 2019, Don Quijote began to focus on "SaaS+ services", providing chain brands with digital one-stop services throughout the entire life cycle of the renovation project on the basis of SaaS. Taking ordinary catering stores as an example, the decoration cost of a store is more than one million yuan. At present, Don Quijote has linked 100+ chain brands, 700+ A-level teams, 3000+ first-class material suppliers, industry databases to reach 300w+, and the customer repurchase rate is as high as 100%.

At the same time, the construction teams and material suppliers in various regions settled in the don Quijote digital assembly platform, the system automatically split the task order, after receiving the order, the construction was carried out according to the construction data generated by the BIM system, and the platform will also provide the required materials by the designated supplier according to the schedule plan to realize the digital control of the whole process of the whole chain of the project, and Don Quijote plays a link role in it.

At present, don Quijote has accurately positioned the target customer group - the public decoration of the service chain commercial space. The reasons for choosing this market are not complicated, one is that it is difficult to replicate at scale due to the large number of home improvement SKUs. Second, because the public decoration market is vast, it is estimated that the number of new stores in chain offline stores is 5.26 million per year, and the scale of its public decoration market is more than one trillion.

It is reported that the financing funds in this round will be mainly used for the research and development and upgrading of BIM9D digital hardcover series products and the expansion of the chain commercial market, and the construction of Tangji's self-operated delivery and supply chain system.
