【Specific method】
1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water, cut the tofu skin into strips, slice the ham, wash the enoki mushroom and tripe. Depending on your preference, you can mix the ingredients as you like.
2. Put oil in a wok, heat the oil with peppercorns, peppercorns, green onions, ginger, garlic, and stir-fry over low heat to fragrant.
3. Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and a spoonful of chili powder, and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.
