Homemade plum soup
Sour plum ancient called Wumei, Ming Dynasty medical scientist Li Shizhen called him sour warm, flat, astringent and non-toxic. Soups made with it are the best drinks in summer.

1, Ume, 80 g
2, sugar, 450g
3, Hawthorn, 50 g
4, licorice, 5 g
5. Add water, 3000 grams
How to make it
Wash the plum, hawthorn and licorice, put it in a pot, add water, white sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for fifteen minutes, soak for another two hours, filter residue, cool before drinking.
Recipe 2:
1. Ume 100g,
2. 500g sugar,
3. Sugar osmanthus 250g.
4. Add water to 1500g.
How to make it:
Wash the plums, put them in a pot, add sugar and water and bring to a boil. The sugar osmanthus is added before coming out of the pot, and finally the residue is filtered out with sterile gauze and cooled.
