Step 10: Brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid, put the bada wood chips, and send to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Baking details
The amount of apples increased, and the amount of other ingredients should also increase; Fry apples until the moisture is slightly less, and transparency can only be used as a reference; Butter can be used at room temperature, and after putting it in low-gluten powder, try to knead it as evenly as possible, which is almost the kind of small granule; Add the milk in parts, put more when dry, and if you feel that the dough is sticky, you can add a little low-gluten powder.
Knead the dough until it is not sticky before rolling, and at the same time cover with baking paper, the purpose is to prevent sticking; Each time you finish using the mold, there will definitely be some leftovers, knead it into a ball again, then roll it into a cake and then process it with the mold, and repeatedly operate until there is not much left of the dough cake; The dough cake should not be too thin, otherwise it will affect the taste and appearance of the finished product, it is recommended to be about 3 cm.
Oven 180 degrees can only be used as a reference, each oven brand will have different temperatures, between 170-200 reference, time 20-30 minutes reference; The egg liquid uses egg yolk liquid, that is, there is no egg white; Bada wood chips are also called almond slices, don't use ordinary almond slices, it's not delicious.
