For the mountaineering regulations of Siguniang Mountain, the office staff said that before June 2017, outdoor enthusiasts who want to climb mountains must go to the corresponding departments, such as the Sichuan Mountaineering Association to apply for a mountaineering permit, and then go to the outdoor activity management center of Siguniang, fill in the corresponding specific filing form, and then after review, confirm whether there is a mountaineering qualification and corresponding technical support, can complete the mountaineering procedures; after June 2017, The national environmental protection inspection divided the experimental area, buffer zone and core area of the national nature reserve, and there can be no human activities in the core area, and the 3 illegal climbers arrived at the core area.
