So he and Ba decided to flee back to China. While helping them escape, Matsuba was killed by the Japanese because of his credulity to Hashigi's lies. Ba is insane about this. At this time, Guan Yishan also suffered great misfortune and humiliation in Wuxi for refusing to play against the Japanese army Ozaki. When he learns that Amin is dead, he mistakenly believes that Songbo has betrayed his son Amin, and is determined to settle accounts with Songbo. After Song Bo returned to China, he was poor and miserable, and all his thoughts were gray, and he borrowed wine all day to pour sorrow. Later, when Guan Yishan heard that he had died in battle, he returned disappointed.
