Freeform will remake the classic British drama "Super Boy"

The classic British drama Misfits, which airs for five seasons on E4, will have an American version. Freeform Network officially announced that it was booking a test release of the American remake of the show, and hired Diane Ruggiero-Wright, the screenwriter of "I Am a Zombie" and "Crush School Detective", to write the American version of the script. Victoria Mahoney from Grey's Anatomy will direct the pilot episode.

The main cast of the American version has been basically found, including Ashleigh Lathrop from Sirens, Tre Hall from "Ten Days in the Valley", Allie MacDonald from "Orphan Black" and Jake Cannavale from "Nurse Jackie".
