The detachment has successively won many honors such as the first "Shandong Province Administrative Law Enforcement Pacesetter" advanced collective and Dongying City's "Youth Civilization".

Law enforcement reform has been steadily advancing
This year, we were identified as the pilot of the province's comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform for emergency management, successively formulated a number of promotion documents such as the "Implementation Plan for Deepening the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Reform of Emergency Management", established "two lists", "eight mechanisms" and "seventeen systems" for law enforcement reform, detailed 25 contents in 8 aspects of law enforcement reform, and drew a specific "timetable" and "road map" for the implementation of reform. Meetings to promote law enforcement reform have been held many times to solve problems for the grassroots level and ensure the implementation of various reform requirements. On November 12, with the completion of the city's administrative law enforcement standard clothing change, it marked that the city's emergency management comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform work has achieved phased results and entered a new stage.

Strict law enforcement throughout
From the beginning of the year to the end of the year, we successively carried out large-scale inspections and rectification of production safety, special actions of "making up for shortcomings, strong and weak items, improving the essence, and ensuring safety" and more than 10 concentrated law enforcement activities, inspected a total of 7,548 enterprises in the city, urged rectification of 46,644 hidden dangers, investigated and dealt with a number of typical law enforcement cases and cases linking executions, and compacted the main responsibility of enterprises with a high-pressure law enforcement situation.

Overt inspection and covert visits, key supervision
This year, we focused on the characteristics of phased, seasonal and industrial accident risk prevention, highlighted key time nodes, major activity periods, and key task stages, increased the prevention of safety production risks in key industries and fields, suspended and resumed work, and "four idle places", continuously carried out "four nots and two direct" open and covert visits, night surprise supervision and inspection, cracked down on illegal production, illegal employment and other behaviors, and promptly eliminated hidden dangers of accidents.

Innovate law enforcement to improve quality and efficiency
This year, we have made new breakthroughs in the innovation of law enforcement models, successively issued a number of innovative law enforcement documents such as "Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the "Traceability" Extended Law Enforcement Work on Production Safety" and "Notice on Carrying out Demonstration Law Enforcement Activities for Observing Production Safety in the City", and relying on the provincial safety production information platform, the municipal emergency management intelligent supervision platform and other carriers, we use information, digitalization and intelligent means to empower law enforcement, and further promote the "Internet + regulatory law enforcement" model to ensure more accurate and efficient law enforcement.

Fight non-treatment violations continue to increase strength
This year, we gave full play to the role of social supervision of production safety, expanded the channels for the masses to report hidden dangers of production safety accidents and illegal acts of production safety, held a work site meeting on the setting up of bulletin boards for reporting on production safety rewards, promoted enterprises in various industries and fields in the city to set up bulletin boards with rewards for reporting, made great efforts to rectify illegal acts of production safety, and verified 109 complaints and reports from the masses on the spot throughout the year, all of which timely fed back the verification results to the masses, responded to the concerns of the masses, and plugged security loopholes.

In the past year, we have focused on improving the ability and quality of law enforcement personnel, regularly carried out job competitions, observation of demonstration law enforcement, key assistance to law enforcement and other competitions, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing activities, through theoretical assessment, simulated law enforcement, case file evaluation, etc., compared learning, technology, and work style, and fought with training, continuously improved the ability of law enforcement personnel to standardize law enforcement and standardize case handling, and further consolidated the level of law enforcement services.
