From January 30, 2023 to February 28, 2023, traffic restrictions will be imposed on Times Avenue (west side of Xufeng Highway), and heat pipelines will be temporarily occupied in three phases (Phase I: temporarily occupy one-third of the road construction on the south side, about 20 meters long and 15 meters wide, the motor vehicle lane guarantees four in and three out, and the non-motorized road on the south side is 3 meters wide; Phase II: Temporarily occupy the middle third of the road construction, about 26 meters long and 15 meters wide, the motor vehicle lane guarantees four in and three out, and the width of the non-motorized road on both sides is consistent with the current situation; The third phase temporarily occupies one-third of the road construction on the north side, with a length of about 24 meters and a width of 15 meters, and the motor vehicle lane guarantees four entrances and three exits, and the non-motorized road on the north side is 3 meters wide), and vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing within the fence.
