In this regard, the surging news contacted the relevant staff of the club, and the other party responded that it was assisting Mr. Wang to transfer the card and refund the money.

Consumer Complaints:

According to Mr. Wang, he spent nearly 20,000 yuan in early 2019 to buy 50 personal training classes for his children at the Longsheng Fighting Sanda Taekwondo Muay Thai Martial Arts Gym (Canal Shop), and when the course reached the 10th time, the coach found Mr. Wang and said that his recent performance was not good, hoping that Mr. Wang would help, so Mr. Wang continued 100 personal training classes, spending 31800 yuan, and also found a few friends to do the card together.

At the end of the year, the coach found Mr. Wang again and said that there was a Tongka course that was particularly suitable for children, and hoped that Mr. Wang would help rush the performance. Mr. Wang said that after a lobbying call from the coach, he spent another 14,800 yuan to create a two-year pass card, but by this time, the 50 personal training classes that the child bought for the first time had not yet been completed.

Mr. Wang said that the child was more than 7 years old at the time, it was when he was older, he hoped that the coach would take the child to jump more and jump, but he found that the coach let the child hold a solid ball for several consecutive lessons, and the child was more disgusted, lost interest, and did not want to go to class again.

Dissatisfied with the coach's teaching method, Mr. Wang asked the club for a refund, hoping to refund the 100 private lessons and the two-year Pass card fee totaling 46,600 yuan. In January this year, the head of the club verbally promised Mr. Wang that he could refund it, but until August, Mr. Wang did not receive a refund.
