"Evaporation Secret Order" mainly tells the story of the UNITED States Marshals Department agent John who is framed while protecting witnesses, and John and witness Allen join forces to investigate the truth and fight against the black hand behind the scenes.
John is a U.S. Marshal and works at the Center for Witness Security. He was responsible for protecting the people who testified in the major cases in another capacity, and after he dealt with Johnny, his colleague Digren told him to protect a new witness, Allen. Allen works for The Western Calendar, the largest weapons manufacturing company in the United States. The FBI suspected the company was engaged in an illegal black-market arms trade, and they used Allen to steal the company's top secrets. John arrives at Allen's house just as the killer uses a new weapon to kill people. John rescued her and settled her in, and told her the truth. John met Degren at the bar. Robert told him that the witness protection plan had been leaked, that resettlement activities were to be carried out, and that they were to act together. The rule of acting alone casts John suspicious, but he agrees. Digren created a deception to kill his own witnesses, and then told John that the other party was still looking for Alan. But John was already suspicious. He reported a fake address. On the plane, Digren was furious when he discovered that John had secretly informed witnesses to flee, and John was forced to jump out of the plane, and with wit and courage, he was finally spared. Ellen spotted the men sent by Digren and fled to the zoo. John also arrived soon after. During the melee, John escapes with Alan, while Degren tells his boss Baker that John has taken bribes to resist arrest. John finds Johnny, blends in with the Help of the Western Calendar Company, and finally finds out in the computer system that the Western Calendar Company is selling new weapons on the black market, and learns the location of the arms deal. John tells Baker the truth and rushes to the trading docks to stop Degren's plot from succeeding, and they engage in a scuffle with Digren, where Hecklen is defeated. At the hearing, it was difficult to sentence them because the matter involved leading figures such as the Deputy Minister of Defence and the physical evidence was destroyed. John and they devised a trap to put the culprit to death and then put the culprit to death.
In this film, the audience is not watching original things, but re-experiencing the elements seen in other movies, including "Die Hard" and "Mission Impossible". By the standards of an action movie, the film was a success, with screenwriters Tony Poyle and Wallon Green concocting one of the most spectacular action scenes of the summer.
The film takes the chase, explosion, and gunfight scenes to the extreme, and integrates computers and high technology into the plot. For moviegoers, it is a good audiovisual enjoyment.
