At each household, she inquired in detail about their families, lives, employment and other basic information, and encouraged their prodigal son to turn back and strive to return to society as soon as possible.
Jiang Linmei is the deputy director general of the Coconut Wind Yun Anti-Drug Social Work Service Center in Qiongshan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province. In her view, drugs are a "demon" that wanders around, and she is willing to be an "exorcist". In the past 7 years, she has been running in the front line of towns and villages, shuttling through countless streets and alleys, entering schools and walking communities, anti-drug propaganda, helping and teaching, and never getting tired. "Whenever I see that the service recipients I help teach can be smoothly integrated into society, I am very pleased." Jiang Linmei said.

An anti-drug man with a story
Talking about her own relationship with anti-drug, Jiang Linmei couldn't help but have a red eye, she said that she was a "drug-resistant person with a story."
Jiang Linmei was born in Wanning City, she has two older brothers, as the youngest child in the family, Jiang Linmei has been loved by her family since she was a child, and at that time she felt that life and life were infinitely beautiful.
When she was about to graduate from college in 2008, jiang Linmei's family had many relatives involved in drugs, her brother was also arrested for drug use, and her brother sold most of the family property in order to take drugs, and the family's life was in trouble, and Jiang Linmei's heart was once on the verge of collapse.
In 2015, by chance, Jiang Linmei came to work at the Anti-Narcotics Office in Qiongshan District, Haikou City, and became an anti-drug worker as she wished. She humbly learned anti-drug professional knowledge, methods and skills, continuously improved her own quality, and devoted herself to anti-drug work.
"Daughter, save your brother!" Please, help us with this home! One day, Jiang Linmei was carrying out help and education talks for service recipients, when suddenly a "special client" came, the mother.
"When I saw my mother with wrinkles on her face, tears in the corners of her eyes, and helplessly appeared in my office, I burst into tears..." Jiang Linmei said, because of drug abuse, her brother was divorced, and she had no intention of taking care of her children, doing nothing all day, and embarrassing her family everywhere.
Since then, Jiang Linmei has used the anti-drug professional knowledge she learned to help her brother who is infected with drugs, and through continuous follow-up and education, she has often calmed her parents' emotions, always paid attention to her brother's transformation, and strived to create a good family support environment. Finally, her brother has changed a lot, and now runs a billiard shop, her parents are extremely pleased with this, and Jiang Linmei has also suffered from a heart disease.

Walk the streets and alleys to drive away poison demons
On March 5, 2021, at the invitation of Hainan Southern National Art School, Jiang Linmei gave a vivid lecture on anti-drug knowledge to all teachers and students.
"Teenagers are the easiest to target, so we have to race against the clock and not let the poison devil catch any innocent child." Jiang Linmei said that as the deputy secretary-general of the Hainan Provincial School Drug Prevention Education Association and a lecturer of the Provincial Drug Prevention Education Lecturer Group, she has continued to carry out anti-drug propaganda, especially sparing no effort to carry out anti-drug education for young people.
"I was almost pulled back to the drug cave again, and it was Sister Mei who snatched me back." A Jun, who lives in Fucheng, Qiongshan District, Haikou City, is a community drug rehabilitation community, who was exposed to drugs at the age of 18, and although he was successfully rehabilitated a few years later, his personality became introverted and grumpy.
In order to help Ah Jun, Jiang Linmei often went to visit him, talked with him, and introduced him to his girlfriend, and now Ah Jun's life is on the right track.
A Sheng, a drug addict in Longtang Town, Qiongshan District, Haikou City, was determined to get out of the drug sea after lifting the compulsory isolation and detoxification in 2015, but the family poverty caused by drug abuse made him unable to find a direction. Jiang Linmei and the town leaders of Longtang Town joined forces to encourage Ah Sheng to start his own business, and also found social investment to help Ah Sheng set up a pig farm. Today's Asheng is busy with pig farm production and operation every day, the enterprise is well run, and the family life is delicious.
Over the years, no matter whether it is windy or rainy, Jiang Linmei's normal work is to walk the streets and alleys, go to schools and villages, carry out drug prevention publicity and education work, visit and comfort community drug rehabilitation personnel in the community, help drug addicts carry out the "three repairs" of family relations, psychological relations and social relations, reduce the drug infection rate and relapse rate, and let more "addicts" get lost.
Stick to meaningful work
His brother's drug use made Jiang Linmei understand the great significance of drug addicts to a new life for a family and even society. In order to help more drug addicts, in 2019, Jiang Linmei joined the anti-drug social work organization as the deputy director general of the Anti-Drug Social Work Service Center in Qiongshan District, Haikou City.
Wu Mouhai has been using drugs for decades, and during the community rehabilitation of community drug rehabilitation, due to lack of work, he has repeatedly drunk and made trouble, which has strained family relations. In the past two years, Jiang Linmei has insisted on visiting his home and talking, and has also helped coordinate and solve his work problems. On March 7, 2021, Wu Mouhai was released from community rehabilitation. Jiang Linmei still tracks and helps him get rid of his bad habits of alcoholism, calms the emotions of his family, and helps Wu Mouhai repair family relations, so that he can integrate into the family and return to society as soon as possible.
Today, Jiang Linmei has been engaged in anti-drug work for 7 years, and she has many opportunities to change careers, but as long as she remembers her mother's saying that "this is a job of accumulating virtue", Jiang Linmei feels that her persistence is meaningful.
Jiang Linmei's husband is very supportive of her work and takes care of the family as much as possible. The family man and mother-in-law helped to take the child and relieve her worries. "It is precisely because of the strong support team of the family that they are promoting each other, and I am more determined to love this job and insist on doing anti-drug work." Jiang Linmei said gratefully.
Since 2015, Jiang Linmei has carried out more than 300 times of help, help, education, and love for community drug rehabilitation personnel; carried out drug prevention publicity and education, and nearly 400 special trainings on community drug rehabilitation and drug rehabilitation, with an audience of 80,000 people. Jiang Linmei won the honorary titles of Advanced Individual in the Second Stage of the Three-Year Anti-Narcotics Campaign in the Province, Model Family of Anti-Narcotics Propaganda and Education in the Province, and was awarded the "Most Beautiful Grassroots Anti-Narcotics Ambassador" by Hainan Daily.
