Q3: In addition to studying, you also have to take care of your own work. How do you balance study, activity, work and life?

A: During my graduate school in Thailand, I didn't take a day off for two years. Work during the day from Monday to Friday, read textbooks and complete homework in the evening; Classes start on Friday evenings and are held all day on Saturdays and Sundays. And so on and so on every week. But I am very proud of: first, I earned all my tuition and living expenses myself, and I did not ask my parents for 1 yuan.

Second, my academic performance was very good, and every time I studied in groups, my classmates competed to form a group with me, and finally I graduated with good grades. Needless to say, I work every day on weekdays, I have classes on weekends, and I can't even rest at night. But looking back now, it was the first peak of my life.

If you don't push yourself, how do you know how hard you can work and what height you can reach? Life is like a variable speed run, when the opportunity comes, you must seize the opportunity to rush forward, so that people try not to have too many regrets in life.

During that period of graduate school, Saturday and Sunday were relatively my busiest time, although Monday and Tuesday worked, but the workload was not large, I would relax a little, go to the gym to dance exercises, have dinner with friends, and relax for a meal.

After the exam, I would invite my friends to watch a movie and forget about the hard life for a while. If you want to manage and use your personal time well, the key lies in adjustment, and when there are many things, you must learn to solve the main contradiction first, and then solve the secondary contradiction!

Q4: Do you follow your parents' arrangements when making choices? What factors would you consider?

A: I was fortunate that my parents were very democratic and trusted me, so I usually listened to them, but in the end it was my own decision after careful consideration. When choosing a career after graduation, because my personal competitiveness is not strong, I will choose a career that can provide learning and training opportunities, have room for development in the future, and my boss is more willing to cultivate new people.

As I become competitive, I will choose a job that suits my personality. A quiet personality is suitable for a stable job, while an extroverted and restless personality can choose a challenging job such as sales. It is also very important to be consistent with the personality and values of your boss, if you do not agree with the values of your immediate boss, it will be difficult to get the reuse of your boss. Industries and positions with potential and challenges are also the focus of my choice.

Positions in the sunset industry, such as bank lobby managers, highway toll booth staff, drivers and other industries that are easy to be replaced by high technology in the future, need to be carefully considered when choosing. After all, what kind of experience you will have in your life is the result of your own careful consideration.

Q5: What challenges have you faced in the process of applying for a job? How did you respond?

A: The job search process is definitely challenging, whether others approve of it, whether the position is suitable. Looking back on my successful job search experience, I have been carefully prepared, understand the specific situation of the target company in advance, and pay attention to details such as dress before the interview.

Language, body language, and expressions will reveal your personality in every way during the interview, so show confidence.

Q6: Based on your professional experience, please share some professional qualities that you think are important.

A: First of all, attitude is more important than ability. Newcomers who have just entered the workplace must be diligent and actively do things when they see them. Carefully observe how successful people do things and talk about customers, and the difference between successful and unsuccessful people lies in the details.

What leaders are most afraid of is the passive staff who move before they move, and come to the workplace to solve problems, not create problems. The second is lifelong learning, learning things that are useful for one's comprehensive literacy and professional knowledge (note that I rank the improvement of comprehensive literacy first. We will not be managed for a lifetime, we may become managers, or even entrepreneurs, then the comprehensive qualities of vision, pattern, and mind are more important).

Here are three books that I think are worth reading. One is Kazuo Inamori "Living Method", look at Mr. Inamori's philosophy of life and management, learn to think differently, and learn from successful people the thinking patterns of successful people.

The second book is "Tearing Down the Walls in Thinking" by the former chief lecturer of New Oriental GRE vocabulary. His book analyzes the possible limitations of our thinking from three aspects: thought patterns, job search, and family life, and how to break these limitations to a happier life, which is worth reading.

The third, Life at the Centennial, was written by two London Business School economics professors, Lynda Gratton and Andrew Scott. The two authors propose in the book that in the era of longevity, the pension problem has become a huge gray rhinoceros, the biological and health industries have become huge business opportunities, and the traditional model of life has been subverted...

How would you view your life in this context? Not only is it worth reading, but it will also make you think about life.

Q7: Please give some advice to students on life or study.

A: I would like to share with you a quote from Mr. Inamori, "If you want to achieve high goals, you must follow the right path and climb vertically." In this process, no matter what difficulties you encounter, you must not be confused for a moment, and you must believe that you have infinite possibilities. Only those who continue to make endless efforts can break through the predicament. ”
