Yang Tingting said that Fortress Community takes the community party committee as the axis to build a governance system of "one core guidance and three-wheel drive" for neighborhood committees, industry committees and property companies, and drives 13 resident units, "two new organizations" and non-public enterprises to participate in community governance.
