Qingdao Songshan Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, is committed to the research and development and production of railway locomotive products, is the earliest batch of domestic machinery manufacturing private enterprises that have grown up with the development of China's high-speed rail industry, and contributed to the localization of railway locomotive parts in mainland China. "My father was an old party member, silently dedicated when working in the community, always charging ahead. Qu Shanjian said that it was also from then that he discovered the problems that restricted the healthy development of enterprises: there were fewer highly educated technical personnel, and the endogenous motivation of enterprise innovation was insufficient.
In order to solve this development pain point, Qu Shanjian took the lead in cooperating with universities such as Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and leading enterprises such as CRRC Sifang to build a R&D practice base. Driven by strong innovation, Songshan Machinery R&D and process level continues to improve, has successively obtained 33 patents, has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise, Qingdao "specialized special new enterprise" and other honors, and was awarded Shandong Province "contract and trustworthy enterprise", Qingdao "worker pioneer" and other titles.

In Qu Shanjian's view, talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development, and hardware equipment is the wings of enterprise development. In order to improve the production capacity and efficiency of the workshop, he has visited industrial Internet enterprises many times, constantly introduced high-end equipment such as intelligent CNC equipment, and the enterprise production line has been iteratively upgraded, and now the CNC machine tools worth millions in the workshop of Songshan Machinery are not in the minority, and hundreds of thousands of intelligent equipment are everywhere.
Create a corporate culture with party building as the core

Qu Shanjian has always cherished a special feeling for party building; he joined the party in his freshman year and this year he gloriously became a party representative at the 13th Party Congress in Laoshan District. "At first, I founded the party building brand under the influence of my father, but later I found that doing a good job in party building can solve many practical problems for us, such as difficulty in recruiting workers, introducing talents, building platforms, etc., so I have always believed that party building is the core culture of our company." Qu Shanjian said.
Since the establishment of the party branch, the company will develop 1-2 party members every year, which greatly improves the enthusiasm of the company's employees.
