The county government crossed the level to report to the State Council, and the central leaders immediately ordered the use of the air force to airdrop the drugs to the scene of the incident in time, and 61 migrant worker brothers finally averted the danger.
At that time, the newsletter "For Sixty-one Class Brothers" was a model for news writing, which was selected into the middle school textbook and influenced generations.

During the Xia Shang Zhou Dynasty, Pinglu County was called yuguo, and in the Spring and Autumn Period, it was destroyed by the Duke of Jin and became the Great Yang Of Jin, named after the Sun of the Great River. In honor of this first saint in Chinese history, this shrine was built for him as a permanent memorial. The temple has been repaired many times in the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties and has been preserved to this day.
After this Zhongxing Sage, Pinglu County gave birth to another famous minister: Baili Xi. Baili Xi was originally the Grand Master of the State of Yu, and after the Jin Dynasty took a public holiday to cut down the Kingdom of Yu, he destroyed the State of Yu, captured Bai Li Xi, and sent him to the Qin State as a dowry slave for the eldest daughter of the Duke of Jin (Mu Ji). Bai Lixi, feeling humiliated, fled the Qin state and ran to the Chu state of Wanyi. Qin Mugong interrogated him, exchanged five black sheepskins from the city well and worshipped him as a doctor, known as the "Five Doctors". During the period of presiding over the state administration of the Qin State, Bai Lixi "plotted nothing improper, and must have meritorious deeds", assisted Qin Mugong in advocating civilization and indoctrination, internally repaired the state administration, plotted hegemony outside, opened up thousands of miles of land, dominated Xi Rong, unified the northwest region, and promoted the rise of the Qin State. Shi Zai Baili Xi "three kings of the Jin Dynasty", "the disaster of saving Jingzhou", "sending the sect to the seal, and the Ba people pay tribute; the Shi de princes, and the eight Rong to serve", making the Qin state one of the five hegemons of the Spring and Autumn Period, laying a solid foundation for the rise of the Qin state and the unification of the six kingdoms.
