Dajiu Lake, also known as Jiuhuping, belongs to the alpine plain. Known as an "alpine basin" and a "natural meadow", it is known as a "paradise" with beautiful natural scenery and pleasant climate. Surrounded by high mountains, there are nine large mountain beams in the east and west, the forest on the beams is dense, majestic, and the creeks on the mountains form 9 lakes from top to bottom, from which the big nine lakes get their name.
Dajiu Lake, located in the Global Geopark - Shennongjia, is one of the core scenic spots of Shennongjia. Dajiuhu National Wetland Park, located in the northwest of Shennongjia Forest Area, a national tourist scenic spot and a national AAAAA-level scenic spot, with an altitude of more than 1730 meters, is one of the few typical alpine wetland areas in mainland China. In the wetland area, there are rich alpine meadows and wetland ferns, as well as rare animals such as storks, cranes and sika deer, which have high scientific research and tourism value.
Dajiu Lake is located at the junction of Yu'e and Hubei. It is a swampland - mountain stream basin, is a wetland in the subalpine. An area of more than 30,000 mu, an altitude of 1,700 meters, an area of 36 square kilometers, about 15 kilometers long from north to south, about 3 kilometers wide from east to west, in the middle is a touch of 17 square kilometers of Pingchuan, surrounded by high mountains, in the "look up to see the mountains, the ground is not three feet flat" Shennongjia mountains, deep hidden such virgin flat land is extremely rare, Dajiu Lake because it enjoys the reputation of "alpine plain", and is known as Hubei's "Hulunbuir" and "Shennong Jiangnan".
Jiuhuping is surrounded by high mountains, and the highest peak is 2800 meters, forming a natural barrier. In the east and west there are nine large mountain beams, and the beams are densely forested and majestic. The nine streams between the mountain beams are like nine jade belts floating down from the clouds. On this alpine plain, there are also exactly nine lakes shining with scales.
Dajiu Lake is connected to Chongqing in the west, Shaanxi in the north, and the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River in the south, and is a transit station connecting Chongqing, Hubei and Shaanxi. Dajiu Lake is both a timber base and a natural pasture. In addition to rare animals such as golden snub-nosed monkeys and South China tigers, there are also artificial deer farms. Dajiu Lake has pleasant natural scenery and many legendary sites, mainly including: washing horse ponds, descendants of Xue Rengui, Xue Gang's cross number against Zhou, Niangniang's tomb, armor removal set and other sites and monuments.
Dajiu Lake is one of the most worthwhile Shennongjia scenic spots, not one. Scenic tickets are included in the package, but be sure to buy a bus ticket, because private cars are not allowed to enter the park. Buy a bus ticket, first bus to the small train transfer point, and then take the small train to go inside. Each lake has a station, seven eight nine three lakes in one stop, you can get off at each stop to play and then wait for the small train behind.
Lake One is completely swampy and there is nothing to see, so the little train doesn't stop either. There are small sailing boats placed in the middle of the second lake, accompanied by green water and green mountains. There are also black swans on the lake on the other side of the boardwalk, so it is no wonder that many people call Lake No. 2 Swan Lake. We walked from Lake Two to Lake Six with a boardwalk and the view was stunning. Lake Three to Lake Six is the most beautiful lake, it is highly recommended to continue walking, not much far, slippery and past, but everywhere you shoot is a beautiful view. Seven eight nine scenery is inferior. The whole turn is a hiking route, not tired at all, about 4 hours, should leave plenty of time. The most essential section of Dajiu Lake should still be Lake 456.
The most interesting thing about Dajiu Lake is the mountain head to the Pingchuan River, which looks like nine peaks, but in fact, it looks like nine dragons competing for sweetness, and the dragon head, dragon whiskers, dragon body, and dragon tail are all vivid and vivid. Folklore has it that it is nine oxtails dragged upside down in the lake, and the top of the mountain resembles a cow's leg and a cow's butt. Nowadays, there are still rumors of "Nine cattle from Sichuan, walking to the Nine Lakes without turning back, when they recognize the taste, and do not come out of the princes of the Son of Heaven".
It is said that when the Kowloon controversy originated from the Shennong clan's medicinal brewing, nine dragons were summoned to get drunk, and the whole body was drunk here to receive the essence of the sun and the moon, turning into a wonderful landscape of "surrounded by mountains, a flat in the middle, green trees full of slopes, and water seeping from sinkholes". However, the theory of the Nine Bulls confirms the story of "Xue Gang against Tang", tang Zhongzong was demoted to the king of Luling in Fangzhou by his mother Empress Wu Zetian, and he dreamed of re-ascending to the throne. One day, Li Xian was enlightened by Shennong Laozu in his dream, and specially ordered Xue Gang to be a marshal, and in DajiuHu, he overthrew the Wuzhou Dynasty and restored the Tang Dynasty, and Li Xian once again ascended to the throne of Emperor Zhongzong.
Dajiu Lake has inherited more than a dozen villages such as 1-9 characters and shuai characters (also known as "hanging numbers"), jia tao, Ma'anshan, Heishui River, Jiudeng River, Andaobaoping, etc., and still retains historical relics such as Niangniang's Tomb, Dianjiangtai, Xiaoyingpan, Drum Platform, Luanying Village, Eight King Village, and Ancient Salt Road. I didn't expect that the Great Nine Lakes, which are now quiet and leisurely like a paradise, have also had years of flames and trumpets, but the flags have been annihilated, the wind and smoke have dissipated, leaving some mythical legends.
