A group of foreign students from Nanchang Hangkong University formed a band to compose their love for China into songs and sing China to the world.

Xie Hua, director of the International Exchange Office of Nanchang Hangkong University, introduced that the "Belt and Road" band, which started in 2013, was spontaneously founded by foreign students, and its members once included international students from India, Bangladesh, South Africa and other countries and regions. The school encourages them to engage in multicultural exchanges.

Currently, the Band Along the Belt and Road has four members, namely Lead Singer and Keyboardist Daniel from Tanzania, Bassist Abe from Zambia, Drummer Niasser from Zimbabwe and Lead Singer Audrey.

Before arriving in China, this group of "post-90s" saw many Chinese-aided projects and Chinese builders in their hometowns, which made them full of yearning and expectations for China.

On campus, next to Tengwang Pavilion, and in Chinese companies that aided overseas construction, the "Belt and Road" band sang while walking on the land of China.

This year, Daniel, Abbe, and Niasser are about to graduate. They said that they may return to China to develop, but they firmly believe that the "Belt and Road" band will continue to sing.
