My family's Zhoukeng Village is in the southeast of Chenhu Town, close to Yanzhi Mountain. The reputation of Shandan watermelon is also excellent in the neighboring Inner Mongolia and Qinghai areas. Therefore, every year after the seventh month of the lunar calendar, there are hitchhiking to Lanzhou, Xining, Inner Mongolia and other places and customers from other places to order. Sandy watermelons do not apply chemical fertilizers, so they can be stored for a long time.
