Yuripopov is from the village of Mys in the Vologda region (1967). His desire to paint as a child was so strong that in adolescence, his parents let future artists learn, because in the village, of course, there was no special educational institution.
There is no doubt that childhood spent on the banks of the Sukhona River was joyful. But a 14-year-old boy made an almost unexpected trip to Krasnoyarsk, which determined his fate – he spent nearly 30 years in Siberia. During this time of his life, he left the Krasnoyarsk Art School in search of his own path of painting. Rock climbing, serology, just traveling, singing on a guitar by the fire, in the kitchen, even on stage – in the most beautiful corners of the taiga – the Academy of Astronautics spent several years, from creating signs, illustrations to creating interior design and landscape design...
