According to the British Naval Technology Website reported on July 21, the F/A-18 "Super Hornet" carrier-based fighter of the American Boeing Company has successfully completed the combat demonstration test, proving that it can take off from the Indian Navy's aircraft carrier to carry out the mission. The display took place at the Hanseatic Naval Air Base in Goa, India. During the test, two F/A-18E fighters of the U.S. Navy completed several skid jumps and blocked the ship to meet the test requirements of the Indian Navy. In addition, the fighters have also conducted performance flight tests at various weights in air-to-air and air-to-ground configurations. The test verified the compatibility of the F/A-18 fighter jet and its ability to perform missions safely and effectively on the Indian Navy's aircraft carriers.
