In 2017, near the college entrance examination, at the age of 18, I was sent to The First University of Slovakia, Kaumenski University, to study economics.

Slovakia, bordered by the Czech Republic to the northwest, Poland to the north, Ukraine to the east, Hungary to the south and Austria to the southwest, is a developed country located in the interior of Central Europe. Since Slovak's mother tongue is Slovak, and Slovak classes are also taught in Slovak, I had to study languages in my first year in Slovakia. Language preparatory studies are more difficult, so difficult to recall this year's life makes me feel that nothing happened except studying.

The wise build bridges, and the fools build walls. One more good relationship for oneself, one more bridge, one more connection to the outside world.

When I was in the language preparatory department, I went to a private school on the recommendation of a friend to work as a part-time Chinese teacher. In the beginning, I only taught one or two classes, but in 2018, I started teaching a full class, every Saturday and Sunday. Gradually, the content I taught was also expanding, Chinese, mathematics, and guzheng. These children are in the primary school stage, and I have been teaching for a few years here, and I have witnessed the growth of the children in all aspects. During this period, the school was not well managed, which led to many teachers working unhappily, running away from the self-reliant portal, and also taking away many students. Although I am not very comfortable in this school, I have been working for many years and turn a blind eye.

In 2021, I went to Germany from Slovakia, and after coming to Germany, I found that there are fewer Chinese schools, and there are no formal Chinese schools. I thought, then I will open one, do the first, just like this, my first Chinese school in Germany will be done.

At the beginning of the school, I encountered many problems. When I first came to Germany, I needed to register a lot of information to start a school. Coupled with the fact that I don't know the language and can't speak German, I will grope while learning, and I often collapse. In the process, I found that I have established a very deep friendship with these children and parents. I remember that once I was sick, some parents of children sent me medicine, cooked, and boiled porridge, which made me very moved. When I heard that I wanted to start a business, they also supported me without hesitation, spared no effort to help, and unswervingly let the children follow me. Now, a large part of my teachers in German schools have worked in the previous school. At first, the source and treatment were uncertain, but they still firmly chose to believe in me and join me. Coming out with me, it was also a matter of starting from scratch together, which made me very moved.

In a foreign land, folk music guzheng plays the sound of China.

In fact, the Chinese school in Slovakia originally had no guzheng class. Because I was invited to participate in several performances, children and parents were more interested in the course. After the guzheng course was opened, I led the children to the embassy to perform a guzheng ensemble performance, which was very successful and attracted more and more children and parents. And all of this starts with a guzheng performance I gave in a foreign country.

Since I was a public student, the embassy teachers would ask me if I had talent. I remember the most intense performance I was in my second month of studying abroad. At the end of the year, the embassy held a Christmas reception, and the scene was full of representatives of various countries, and I was the only student. However, the embassy staff were particularly affinity and kept helping me take pictures to ease my embarrassment and tension. The embassy lady also considered that I was in Slovakia, it was inconvenient to eat Chinese food, and kindly asked me what I liked to eat, and could bring more back. These details of concern are touching. Since then I have been invited to perform in many neighboring countries, Germany, Hungary and so on.

Probably because of the folk music, when I was 5 years old, I learned guzheng under the majesty of my parents. In order to enable me to learn from the best teachers, my parents took me to the provincial capital city every week. Studying is hard and tiring, and I don't have time to play, so I often think about not learning. Nor does it say how my parents persuaded me to keep insisting when I wanted to give up, and if I had to, it would be severe. When I was a child, basic parents said whatever they wanted. In addition to guzheng, I have attended many training courses, music, dance, etc. There is too much to learn, time is not allowed, and it is difficult to raise interest.

Whether learning dance or piano, or drawing, the mastery of any skill requires long-term monotonous practice and persistence. Need to go through a painful period, bottleneck period, difficult period, these persistent painful process will hone the child's perseverance, will be a wealth to achieve the child's future.

In the journey of life, while being warmed, it is illuminated.

In the Chinese school in Slovakia, many children wrote to me, and 520 also sent me red envelopes. During the years of undergraduate study, I made a lot of friends in the local area, most of whom I met at school.

During the pandemic, a residence permit renewal was required, and online appointments were very difficult at the time. In desperation, I contacted a local friend who worked at customs. Because of the different cities, there are very few contacts and meetings, and at first I was worried about whether he would be willing to help me. Unexpectedly, as soon as I found him, he would help me contact and deal with it without saying a word, and he was very enthusiastic.

The money earned part-time during my study abroad was basically spent on travel. I went to more than a dozen countries, and the most impressive thing was Cambodian Psai.

In 2019, I traveled with my parents for the Chinese New Year, spending Chinese New Year's Eve nights and Spring Festival at the Little Angel Orphanage in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Because in the countryside, the environment of the orphanage is not very good, and there are many children. But every year, many Chinese volunteers go to this orphanage and donate a lot of things. Children learn the traditional cowhide painting process and create lifelike leather sculptures. Although there was no hearty Chinese New Year's Eve meal Chinese New Year's Eve night, seeing the happy smiles on the children's faces and saying in a not-so-fluid Chinese to wish you a happy new year made me feel that this trip was very meaningful, and I have had the habit of donating every month since then.

A truly excellent person is not rich, temperamental, and knowledgeable, but while having these, he still has the world in mind. She may just be an ordinary teacher or an entrepreneur, but as soon as you come into contact with her, you have a feeling of purification of the soul.
