Memories of a trip to Chad in Central Africa XIII: Visit the N'Djamena Museum

author:The sea of spring

In February 2017, we came to the Njiamena Museum. All the history of Chad is on display here. Archaeologists believe that humans originated in Africa, and French archaeologists have found traces of human life along the Shari River in Chad seven million years ago, according to which Chad in Africa is the birthplace of human life. The vast museum was just a group of four of us (including our driver mm). Here we see the various living instruments used by the Chadians in the Paleolithic and Neolithic periods, the various weapons used in wars, and the unique musical instruments.

Pottery from ancient Chadians

From the brilliant sunshine to the dark exhibition hall, the eyes were a little uncomfortable for a while. The ancient weapons used by the ancient Chadians, the Qur'ans carved into the wood, the sheepskin used to kneel on the ground during prayer, the pottery of different styles, the wooden bed on which the sleeping (very narrow and the person lying on it could not move) seemed to be ringing in the ears again.
