The PzH 2000 is a tracked self-propelled howitzer with a maximum range of 30 km and can fire NATO standard 155 mm ammunition. At present, the Netherlands and Germany have jointly delivered 12 PzH 2000 155 mm tracked self-propelled howitzers to the Ukrainian side. The gun is characterized by automatic reloading and is more efficient. The autoloading system picks up shells from the rear of the vehicle and automatically stores them in a 60-round magazine in the center of the chassis, allowing 60 rounds of ammunition to be processed precisely at a time. There was also a second weapon system, a 7.62 mm machine gun mounted on the left hatch of the roof turret, which could be fired forward from the turret. It was Germany's latest self-propelled howitzer, but had half the range of the Hipmasters. This is far from meeting the long-range attack system that the Ukrainian side needs.
