A refreshing drink! What a simple cocktail!
Simple dragon fruit mojito
Mojito is simply made with fresh mint leaves, limes, a pinch of sugar, rum and carbonated water. Peppermint and lime are blended together to extract the essence and give the cocktail a fresh flavor. Light and refreshing. Although delicious in itself, mojito can easily be added to a variety of fruits and condiments such as dragon fruit, making it a versatile drink that can be enjoyed all summer long!
Selection of cocktails!
Fresh mint is actually the inspiration for the dragon fruit cocktail.
Can we talk about its bright colors?! Mojito is mixed with red dragon fruit with a gorgeous magenta hue. Not only does it exude the scent of a summer sunset when served, but it also has a mild tropical flavour of kiwifruit that pairs perfectly with limes and garden mint.
With just a few simple ingredients, you can make your own one! Perfect for backyard sipping, summer night over!
