In the exhibition hall of Qunjie Company, the seal sharing service center, the staff showed the reporter the smart seal inserted with "science and technology wings". Different from the complicated traditional stamping process, when employees have stamping needs, they only need to move the mouse or initiate an online application through the mobile phone terminal, and after approval, they can self-operate and stamp through the Qunjie smart stamping device.
The seal is "sealed" by the machine. Every step of the unlock is recorded by the computer, and every stamp under the cover has a background archive... It seems to be an unattended seal, but it leaves traces in every use.

"Every employee can complete the stamping of the enterprise seal by himself, which greatly reduces the work process and improves the efficiency of the work." At the same time, the time, place, user, printing documents and other information used by the seal can be traced on the intelligent seal management system, which also avoids the risk of indiscriminate use of the seal. Zhu Jie told reporters.
As for why he locked his entrepreneurial eyes on the "small seal", Zhu Jie explained his reason.
"If you want to start a business, clear positioning and market strategy are the most important. On the eve of starting a business, I spent a lot of time visiting enterprises to understand their needs and pain points in process management; Secondly, I began to comb through what I could do with my current experience and resources; Third, fully understand whether there are similar products on the market, which is largely related to whether it can be done. After several rounds of screening, Zhu Jie positioned his entrepreneurial goals on the intelligent management of seals.
"Why do you do smart stamps? In the eyes of many people, this is a small business, but it is not. "Zhu Jie found that many enterprises have a demand for smart seals, especially construction and real estate companies with a large amount of seals." During our visit, we learned that some companies even have hundreds of seal administrators, which is a huge personnel expense. Secondly, some companies need to go to headquarters or off-site for stamping, which brings a lot of travel and time costs. Most importantly, the traditional seal management method is not only inefficient, but also prone to the risk of illegal use of seals such as human seals, blank seals, and private seals, causing economic and reputation losses to the company. At the same time, we have also made a certain market estimate, the seal is the necessary certificate for the operation of government and enterprise units, China's output value of more than 500 million yuan of group enterprises more than 50,000, this is at least a million-level seal management, if you count the administrative units, smart seals are at least a ten-billion-level market. ”
After comprehensively mapping out the market situation and communicating with partners and seed customers, Zhu Jie decided to take root in Nanjing. "Nanjing's city is very inclusive, and the local government has support and preferential policies for entrepreneurship. In particular, there are many talent resources here, the team is relatively easy to build, and the company's operating costs are relatively controllable. Since the establishment of Qunjie Company in Nanjing in 2014, Zhu Jie has led the enterprise to cultivate intensively in the field of intelligent seals, and has achieved industry leadership in this segment step by step.
At present, in the staff of more than 200 people in Qunjie Company, R&D talents account for more than 40%. The customer base has gradually expanded from the construction industry to more than 2500 in all walks of life, of which nearly 100 of China's top 500 customers. In order to better serve customers and develop the market, Qunjie has set up branches in seven regions across the country and set up service outlets in more than 30 core cities. Last year, Qunjie also obtained tens of millions of yuan of exclusive investment from Yingxin Capital's Pre-B round, providing support for enterprises to increase investment in scientific research.
