The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched the "Summer In Hong Kong" to encourage the public to explore and appreciate Hong Kong from multiple perspectives and promote a positive atmosphere in Hong Kong. From 24 May, hktâtress has introduced 20,000 "hotel discount" places, which can be started for eligible Hong Kong residents to book with hotels; places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) launched the "Summer In Hong Kong" promotion to encourage the public to explore and appreciate Hong Kong from multiple perspectives and promote a positive local atmosphere in Hong Kong, among which the popular hotel preferential accommodation project has once again been launched, this round of 20,000 hotel accommodation places, with a total of 20,000 hotel stays, will be booked by eligible members of the public from 24 May.
After selecting a stay plan, members of the public can book a one-night or two-consecutive night stay plan of HK$500 or more or two consecutive nights directly to the participating hotels via the promotional code "HKstay" from the 24th onwards to enjoy the HK$500 discount. Availability at each hotel is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Nandu Bay Finance Agency reporter learned that this round of planning a total of about 100 hotels to participate, the hotel side launched a variety of accommodation catering resort products, that is, in addition to star hotel accommodation, many hotel plans also include a wealth of catering, activity experience, or art and culture workshops as a selling point, such as "parent-child choice", there are four-person suites with breakfast + catering rebates; or one night accommodation + attraction tickets + catering rebates for choice; "Art and Literature Choice" can choose two days and one night accommodation + art punch card hotspot + Art workshop or one night accommodation + breakfast and dinner + art workshop, etc.
Physical retail or F&B merchants spend HK$800 or more
Enjoy HK$500 discount on local hotel stays
Nandu Wan Finance reporter learned that the "eligibility" of the plan refers to the "eligible" from 6 May 2022 onwards on July 17, 2022 (consumption period), in the eligible Hong Kong physical retail or physical catering merchants spent more than HK$800, save the original receipt and submit the receipt before checking in the hotel, after the hotel confirms the reservation, you can enjoy hk$500 local hotel accommodation discount (one person can enjoy one stay discount with up to two machine-stamped receipts).
With effect from 24 May 2022, please browse the list of participating hotels in the HolidayHK.com website, section of the themed activities, or select any overnight stay plan with a net price of HK$500 or above (plus 10% service charge) on the participating hotel website (up to a maximum of two consecutive nights) to enjoy the HK$500 discount offer. Hotel stays are available from 24 May to 19 July 2022 (for stays on or before 17 July 2022).
