In 1932, Lu shang was sentenced to three hours of ice by the British, with swelling and numbness all over his body and cracked skin. Seventeen years later, he fought back, catching the British off guard and fleeing.

Lu Sheng, the founding lieutenant general of the mainland, fought bravely on the battlefield and won countless honor medals from the mainland.
But the hero is not born a hero, and his rise stems from the belief that "a gentleman must repay his vengeance".
1. Wandering alone and being framed
In 1911, Lu Sheng was born into a poor peasant family, orphaned at a young age, and dependent on his grandmother, who also died when he was 14 years old.
The tragic childhood encounter made him know more about hardship and forbearance, and wandering alone seemed to have become his destination.
He was alone and looking for work everywhere, often playing some odd jobs, eating meals without eating, and in poor days, there seemed to be no sustenance, until he met the organization.
He later became an underground organization, often sending secret information.
The smooth execution of many tasks allowed him to find a sense of belonging and feel the realization of self-worth.
In 1928, when he encountered the "anti-communist action", he had to flee for his life and fled to Singapore under the cover of friends.
After arriving in Singapore, he still has the motherland in mind, while working in the rubber factory to earn some living expenses, while studying night school, hoping to continuously improve his cultural level in this way, and prepare for the country at all times.
In 1932, Lu Sheng took a job as a cook on a British steamship, at which point he was in contact with the organization.
Ecstatic, he was full of energy.
At this time, he was ostensibly a chef, but he would always see stitches and needles to promote revolutionary ideas to seafarers or guests.
One day, he was busy in the kitchen as usual, when he suddenly heard the foreman and a worker arguing.
When I walked in, it turned out that the worker had been fired for no reason, for the simple reason that it was just a whim of a foreman.
The worker pleaded bitterly on the ground, saying that he still had old people and children in his family to raise, but he could not afford to leave his job.
But the foreman remained indifferent and unsympathetic.
Lu Sheng has always had a sense of justice, he immediately blocked in front of this worker, confronted the foreman, and caused the surrounding people to watch.
At this time, the foreman had to give up under the discussion of everyone, and left in ashes, but he also formed a bond with Lu Sheng.
By chance, the foreman saw that the British were looking for a revolutionary.
He immediately reported to this group of British people that Lu Sheng was a person in the organization, and even added oil and vinegar to make things up.
After the British listened, they couldn't help but say anything and arrested Lu Sheng.
2. Ice punishment in prison, nine deaths for a lifetime
As soon as he was imprisoned, the British tied him up and asked him for information.
But loyal to him, he did not know three questions.
Later, the Englishman who led the way, with a look in his eye, signaled to the two men beside him, stripped him of his clothes, grabbed Lu Sheng's shoulders and arms, and forcibly tied him into a large bucket.
Lu Sheng was still sitting in the bucket, and pieces of ice were pressed against him.
So many ice cubes fell on his body in an instant, Lu Sheng was crushed and screamed, followed by a piercing cold.
Time passed minute by minute, and when the little temperature in his body was gradually eroded, his teeth began to shiver uncontrollably.
Then the Englishman looked at him contemptuously again, trying to get him to speak again.
He just shook his head and stared at them viciously.
Ice cubes continue to be added.
Normal people in such a situation, 10 minutes of charge will be uncomfortable, but Lu Sheng was forced to stay in the ice for nearly three hours.
At this time, his whole body was puffy and numb, his skin was frozen and cracked, and he fainted at one point.
The abominable Englishman, seeing that he had fainted, woke him up again, and made him sober up to feel the cruel ice torture.
Day after day, they tortured Lu Sheng for three months!
During this period, Lu Sheng did not spit out a word.
The British saw the situation and had to give up and deport him on the charge of disturbing social order.
After these three months, Lu Sheng was tortured beyond recognition. As he slowly walked out of the Englishman's interrogation room, he turned slowly and took a few deep looks at the Englishman who had imprisoned him.
The gentleman's path of revenge begins.
3. Jedi strikes back and smiles at the sky
After returning to China, Lu Sheng, with the heart of dedication to the country and revenge for himself, heroically killed the enemy on the battlefield and made a remarkable achievement.
His name, many enemies were frightened, calling him the "King of the Red Mountain".
In 1949, he had countless achievements and held important positions in the army.
At this time, the Battle of the River Crossing was encountered.
The Battle of Crossing the River took place during the Liberation War and was severely damaged by the three major battles of Liaoshen, Huaihai, and Pingjin, and the main force of the enemy army was no longer able to support it.
At that time, the enemy wanted to use the military strength of the United States and Britain to revitalize its military strength, so the task of this battle was to prevent the liberation army from crossing the river.
At that time, the British were sailing a ship called "Quartz" into the front line, allowing our army to warn them in every way, but they still did not listen to dissuasion and proudly believed: We dare not attack them.
Seeing the British ships entering, the people around him hesitated, but Lu Sheng was very determined, and he resolutely ordered the shelling of the "Quartz" at the sound of an order.
The British were caught off guard, the hull was damaged, the crew fell into the sea, and there was no time to take remedial measures, so they had to flee.
This move, at the time, shocked the world.
And this victory, Lu Sheng waited for 17 years.
4. Sick and sick, remember the hero
When it comes to the past, Lu Sheng rarely talks about his suffering, but he also proudly quipped:
"Fighting against the Kuomintang is not a skill, and I have fought against imperialism, and I have done it myself."
But years ago, the ice punishment still caused irreversible damage to his body, he suffered from severe bronchitis, and often had difficulty sleeping at night due to coughing.
His wife often needed to get up in the middle of the night to take care of him and prepare a cup of hot water by the bedside.
【Talk about the moon】
In the first half of Lu Sheng's life, he truly interpreted "the revenge of a gentleman, ten years is not too late".
He came out of the battle of blood and fire, only to wait for one day to teach the British who bullied him a lesson, which is precisely where the pride of Chinese lies.
Heroes are immortal, and heroes who rise up after experiencing setbacks and tribulations are more worthy of our admiration!
