David Miguel, a 9-year-old boy in Brazil, was on the toilet at school when he opened the door and was surprised to see a cougar inside, and his heart stopped on the spot!
According to comprehensive foreign media reports, David is a student at the Martha Drummond Fonseca Municipal School in Nova Lima, southeastern Brazil, he went to the toilet during the school football game's midtime break, opened the door and saw a mountain lion staring directly at him, and afterwards he recalled the scene and said, "I was trembling like jelly, it started to make sounds, and my heart almost stopped beating." Then rushed outside to tell Dad. David's father said that he was also greatly shocked by the sight of this, "I thought it was just a wild cat and a wild dog or some other animal, and when I saw that the animal was so big, I ran away." 」
After receiving the notification, the fire brigade personnel immediately rushed to the scene to subdue the mountain lion with blow arrows. Brazil's Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA) said the female cougar was not harmed in the process and has returned to nature in the wild.
And why is there such a horrific event happening? Veterinarian Marcos Mourao explained that due to forest fires or man-made logging, it is compressed into the living space of wildlife around the city that mountain lions can accidentally invade the campus.
