Yesterday I went to pick some green plums and soaked them in salt water for one night. In the morning, fish out of the brine and soak it twice in clear water to remove saltiness and astringency. Then bring to a boil in water. Cool and peel and pitt, then put in a pot to boil to remove moisture, to low heat slowly boiled. Add rock sugar, wait until the rock sugar is fully dissolved. After cooling, fill the cans and put them in the refrigerator. The plum sauce is ready, sweet and sour. Rinse and drink, cook vegetables to make pork ribs with plum sauce.
