Over the years, Berlin has brought some impressive bands to the world. In the early days, rock-centered punk artists mastered the leaderboards; Nowadays, environmental, hip-hop and indie bands have all found their place in Germany and elsewhere. The city is permeated with a vast and diverse musical culture, and bands that have emerged over the years reflect Berlin's underground and influential scenes. In addition to techno, there is a lot of talent in Berlin's music scene.
My heart shark
I Heart Sharks is a Berlin-based German-British indie music band that combines guitar elements of British indie influences with more typical Berlin electronic influences. Taking into account the leading indie bands from the city, they combine traditions to create fresh and interesting sound and visual video clips.
Gehr
Gurr is a favorite hipster in Berlin, and the all-girl band makes waves throughout the city and abroad. Duo Andreya Casablanca and Laura Lee Jenkins formed their band after meeting at an American study class in Berlin.
