Standing on the high ground of this tea garden, you can see the mist-shrouded Brahmaputra River Valley, where the altitude difference of thousands of meters makes the wonders of the sea of clouds often appear here; to the north, the 7782-meter-high Nanga Bawa Peak is beautiful and mysterious...
However, Huang Jiabin comes to the tea garden every day, not only because of the beautiful scenery here, but also because of the leading position of this tea garden in the economic development of Green Village.
At the beginning of the village, Huang Jiabin pondered how to change the single planting structure of Green Village. Have no cash crops ever been grown in the village? When he inquired about the village cadres, he was overjoyed, and there was actually a 385-acre poverty alleviation tea garden in the village.
However, when Huang Jiabin rushed to the tea garden, he was disappointed. It is said that it is a tea garden, but it is actually a tea seedling that has just been planted, not only grows fine leaves and yellow leaves, but also the cows and horses in the village still come to eat from time to time, and it seems that no one has managed it at all.
Running this tea garden well has become the second major thing that Huang Jiabin has started to do after he was stationed in the village.
The first is to develop rules and regulations. Arrange special personnel to patrol the tea garden every day, can not let the cattle and horses run in again, but also learn daily fertilization, weeding and other management skills. On New Year's Day 2022, he took the villagers to plant 100 roses in the tea garden. In the past few years in the village, when the farmers were busy, Huang Jiabin went down to the field to help the villagers harvest rice and corn, and when the farmers were idle, he took the villagers into the forest to pick morels, and it had become normal to be bitten by ants and mosquitoes, and now he saw these poisonous insects and became accustomed to them.
Over the past three years, Huang Jiabin has run the tea gardens, rice fields and forests of Green Village many times. For 4 consecutive Spring Festivals, he spent time in the village. This "idle Secretary Huang" also bought an incubator machine to study incubation technology. Huang Jiabin buys eggs in the whole village and neighboring villages to incubate the chicks, sometimes hatching more than 100 chickens a month, and then sends the chicks to the villagers to raise.
