Everything in the world is so magical, two or three years ago, when my friend gave me two or three pots of small succulents, how could I think that one day I would be crazy and obsessed with them.
At that time, my friend picked a few from her succulent army and gave it to me. In my eyes, they are all pretty much the same, nothing special. Then I put them in front of the computer, what light, ventilation, watering, all with fate. Later, only one strong one survived.
Last April, after the Qingming Festival, I went to work and saw this succulent for the first time, and the green leaves had red edges. It felt amazing in an instant, I never cared about it, but it was still trying to become "beautiful".
At the end of March 2022, it is not what it was a year ago.
So, I started a variety of Baidu succulent photos, asked the friends who sent me meat, a treasure seller and a meat god, and tried to know the name of this tenacious baby. Obviously, I failed. They introduced me to the first meat-raising term, "disciple chief", and I seemed to understand this reality and officially began the road of meat-raising.
Before that, I had not raised any plants, no interest and no perseverance, plus friends said that Shenzhen meat is not easy to out of the state, all kinds of difficulties. So this time I feared that the final difficulties would extinguish my enthusiasm. So I bought some small seedlings and brought the rest of the pots from a friend who had retreated from the pit to practice my hands. Since then, I have been dragged into the pit by the low-cost meat breeding road.
The first time you plant meat, you don't pay attention to the combination of pot and meat, and you don't pay attention to the size of meat. Learn meat raising skills from the Succulent Encyclopedia public account and other apps. Slowly know: take the pot, watering cycle, how to bask in the sun during the pot period and so on.
It was late April when the meat was first planted, and Shenzhen had gradually entered the summer. The meat that I had just planted said could not be exposed to the sun, so I put it on the west balcony of the dormitory in the morning, and moved to the east balcony when I came home at noon. It was a lot of trouble, and I couldn't stop enjoying it. I know that it is best not to move around during the potting period, but I am afraid that the sun will affect the growth of the sun too strongly, so I still do it.
In fact, succulents are so fragile. Later, I couldn't help it, and I was buying meat from April to August. I follow ventilation, less watering, controlled curiosity not to pull up to see the root condition, and the mortality rate is extremely low. Most of the meat survived strongly until October.
Ji Xunyue, the only change in a year's time is to grow taller. Later, I bought three pieces together, but I didn't match the pot, and then I had to change the pot.
Qi Luo, the meat of this family is better, bought three and two of them have lived until now. When Qi Luo first received it, I suspected that there were ticks, which had been isolating, spraying, and in bad shape for a summer, and they were all disgusted to die. But it's now my favorite.
The red pink lady, a small old pile, the leaves were getting fuller and fuller, and had been placed on the east-facing balcony. Just for its skin, I bought two more pots.
Later, the property said to clean up the things on the public balcony, and I was worried about clearing my meat, so after the National Day, I successively moved some to the company's terrace. Just moved up, shenzhen rained for two consecutive days, and then they were almost "completely destroyed". It is said that it is almost because there is another winter beauty that has survived after lighting the leaves and has re-grown the leaves. Before I could taste the sweetness of Lu Yang, I was splashed with a lot of cold water by Lu Yang. It was also this time that I really realized the horror of the summer rain.

This time I was killed and injured, and I quickly came out of my sad mood, because I saw more meat of the great god, I wanted a large piece of meat, and the empty basin was just enough to exchange for some more beautiful meat.
Now part of it is on the east balcony of the dormitory, which is well ventilated. When it rains, you can avoid the rain by moving in, and in the summer, you can just bask in the sun for half a day, just to avoid the hot afternoon sun. The bad thing is that the sunshine will be insufficient in winter, and it is easy to put it here.

After March I moved them to a place where they weren't in the sun after 2 p.m. Everywhere is good, except for a flock of chirping birds, and after a month of observation, they will know when they can nibble on meat. Heck, fish and bear paws can't be combined.

Over the course of a year, in addition to the most basic maintenance, my harvest is to say something that others don't often say:
First, raise meat to take more pictures, open the box, put on the basin, serve the basin... No matter how ugly it is, it must be photographed, and when the flesh becomes beautiful, it feels fantastic.
Second, everyone maintains a different environment, the watering time is not fixed, and after the meat is served, the leaves are not soft and can not be watered.
Third, novices should not pursue new varieties, and good skin care is good.
Fourth, buying meat in the summer is not impossible, do not have to be so embarrassed. It's just that the roots are slower, and the meat received is really ugly. If you really want to buy, buy those leather ones. It will amaze you.
