The message "Qin Yi, a descendant of Qin Shaoyou" really surprised me, a worker engaged in the study of Gaoyou's history and culture. From an article in the "Movie Story" in 1992, it is known that Zhu Yuanzhang (Hongwu 6th year) of the Ming Dynasty emperor named Qin Yubo the god of the city of Shanghai because he "ran a righteous school, practiced medicine, and repaired water conservancy". Qin Yubo (秦裕伯), also spelled Yarao ( Chinese : 雅饶 ; pinyin : Yīại) was the seventh grandson of Qin Shaoyou , editor of the Song Dynasty National History Academy and Xuande Lang , who was born in Gaoyou, Yangzhou, and moved to Shanghai due to the military turmoil at the end of the Song Dynasty. At the age of 49, Qin was a jinshi, an official to the province of Langzhong, at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, he abandoned the official Yu Yangzhou, and then took refuge in Shanghai, Zhu Yuanzhang repeatedly ordered the province to raise Qin Yubo, Qin Du politely declined. According to the "Genealogy of the Qin Family", it is calculated that Qin Yi is the 27th generation descendant of Qin Yubo and the 34th generation descendant of Qin Shaoyou. Since then, we have written to Qin Yi many times to introduce Gaoyou Wenyoutai and Qin Shaoyou, and welcomed her to Gaoyou.
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province held the '97 China Postal Culture Festival in Gaoyou, and organized a large-scale theatrical performance of "The Soul of The Post", we proposed to invite Qin Yi, a descendant of the famous film performance artist Qin Shaoyou, as the host of the opening ceremony, which is more appropriate, and the Municipal Film Company also proposed to hold a retrospective exhibition for Qin Yi on the 60th anniversary of the film in Qin Shaoyou's hometown, which was recognized by the Office of the Postal Culture Festival. After contact, she met us in a well-decorated restaurant of the Shanghai Film and Television Company, of which she is the chairman. I saw her, beautiful and dignified, graceful and luxurious, generous in demeanor, gentle and elegant, not at all like a seventy-five-year-old man. When we introduced her to the scenery of her hometown, the postal culture festival and other contents, she couldn't stop smiling and said, "I don't know, my hometown is so well built." And gladly agreed to host the opening ceremony of the Postal Culture Festival, and finally warmly invited everyone to take a group photo together. Since then, we have met Qin Yi several times and received a warm reception.
