Playing away to Betis in the league, Barca won 55 games, 25, drew 14 and lost 16, scoring 99-69 goals. Ter Stegenpik was absent due to injury, Neto started, Dembele returned to the main squad, Eric Garcia rotated the starting line-up and Aubameyang played as a substitute.
Barca lined up before the match to pay tribute to Copa del Rey champion Betis.
In the 7th minute, Borja Iglesias headed straight in and Juanmi burst into the box to pick out the shot that was deflected wide. On 10 minutes, Dembele's cross from the right was met by Ferran Torres, who wrapped up a little slower in front of goal.
On 12 minutes, Dembele's cross from the right flank was saved by Bravo, who hit Pesselia and nearly bounced into his goal. Bravo was injured and replaced.
In the 18th minute, Fekir's corner kick was crossed and Pesselia's header was confiscated by Neto.
In the 20th minute, a Memphis-Depay corner kick was crossed and Araujo's header went over the top and the goalkeeper saved the ball and hit the crossbar.
In the 28th minute, Canales struck back in an inverted triangle and Quito Rodriguez fired a long-range shot at the neutral post at the top of the arc.
On 32 minutes, Memphis Depay's shot from the edge of the box was blocked by goalkeeper Rui Silva.
On 54 minutes, Neto's long pass found Dembele burst into the box on the right wing and fired into the side-netting.
On 62 minutes, Quito Rodriguez's long pass, Alves missed the top and Juanmi's left-wing shot from the edge of the box was blocked by Araujo.
In the 65th minute, Alex Merreno's cross from the left was met by Juan Mi's cushion shot from the front post, which was brilliantly sealed by Neto. A minute later, Fekir's free-kick hit the wall.
On 68 minutes, Borja Iglesias swept a pass and Juanmi's low shot from the left wing burst into the box and was deflected by Neto.
In the 70th minute, De Jong went straight and Aubameyang burst into the box with a shot from the right rib that swept the crossbar high.
In the 72nd minute, Aubameyang picked out a pass, Sabari made a mistake and Ferran Torres's one-handed shot was blocked by the goalkeeper.
In the 76th minute, Alva's cross from the left was met by Ansu Fati's strike inside the penalty area to make it 1-0.
In the 79th minute, Fekir's free-kick from the left was hoisted into the box, Baltra pressed De Jong's header to the top, and Neto saved the ball and still refracted into the net, 1-1.
In the 94th minute, Alves crossed from the right flank and Alva volleyed from the left side of the penalty area to make it 2-1.
