Amber Heard, who has been accused of defamation after divorcing Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp, is now in its fourth week. She sat on the witness stand again on the 5th (the early morning of the 6th Taiwan time), tearfully reconstructing the process of being "sexually assaulted by Johnny Depp in Australia in 2015". Amberhead said Johnny Depp was extremely possessive and interfered with her work. Amberhead said, "He would say, my woman doesn't need a job. In a way it sounds romantic and sweet, but it's actually a battle. Every time I get the script, he always asks if there is a bed scene? Will you wear nude clothes?" Amberhead said that for the sake of her significant other, she rejected all scenes that included sex, intense kissing and romantic elements, and would also ask to wear relatively conservative costumes.

But even so, their relationship is gradually deteriorating. Amberhead stressed from the beginning that she grew up in the shadow of her father's domestic violence and drug problems, which Johnny Deep knew about. She recalls that on the day of their marriage, Johnny Depp did not go downstairs to greet guests, but ran upstairs to the cloakroom and took drugs with Amberhead's father, his father-in-law.
Amberhead said, "I tried to get Johnny downstairs, but he just yelled at me, 'Shut up.'" She said bitterly that after the wedding, her father's addiction was turned on again, "he went to buy more drugs." Amberhead also stressed that she had seen Johnny Depp and her dad take drugs together.

Amberhead said that in this relationship, "no matter what I do, there is no way to make me stop being beaten." Despite Johnny Depp confessing to her countless times when he was sober. To improve the relationship, Johnny Depp tried to quit drugs in 2014, but the withdrawal symptoms only made the situation worse. Amberhead said, "He would slap me, cry and punch, saying that no woman had ever let him suffer such humiliation."

And for Amberhead's scandal with another actor, James Franco, it made Johnny Depp even more angry. Amberhead recalls that when they were on the plane, Johnny Depp drank alcohol and smelled of marijuana, began to question her relationship, humiliated her as a "slut" in front of the bodyguard and assistant, threw ice cubes and tableware at her, and even kicked Amberhead to the ground, and she collapsed and cried, "This is the first time I have been treated like this in front of everyone."

Her painful memories also include her visit to Johnny Depp in Australia in 2015, who was filming "Ghost in the Shell", but was sexually assaulted by the other party with a wine bottle. Amberhead tearfully complained that she was pressed against the fridge and hit her head into something, while Johnny Depp pinched her by the neck and said, "Girl, do you want to run?" As the bottle entered his body, Amberhead said, "I remember I was quiet, I didn't want to move at all."
Amberhead said Johnny Depp physically and sexually assaulted her multiple times, usually while he was drunk or on drugs. Johnny Depp denied hitting her because he often couldn't remember what he had done when he was "dazed.". Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amberhead are expected to last six weeks in a lawsuit involving $50 million (about NT$1.4 billion) in damages.
