Increases all character damage by 20.0% (only valid) on the field. When at least 60/120 energy is consumed at a time, it increases the lightning elemental damage taken by all enemies on the field by 10.0%/35.0% for 20 seconds, and can be refreshed by repeated triggers (only valid)
Analysis: Increasing the full damage of characters on the field is a very useful team enhancement effect, but it has the only effective feature like Handel's (top) team enhancement effect, so it is not recommended to bring two sets of Handel in the team at the same time. At present, the only means that can directly consume 60/120 energy is to release the killer skill, and the difference between the two levels of lightning elemental injury is 25%, and the gap is still large. Therefore, the characters who are more suitable for the three-piece effect are "Song of Gold and Glory" and "The Lawgiver of Thunder". Other Lightning Damage characters are also available, but the effect of the three-piece set does not trigger perfectly.
