According to the first-instance judgment, after Zhang Jiahui illegally accepted property from 37 people, she sought benefits for the trustee by greeting the relevant judge or personally expressing her views in favor of the bribery party in the adjudication committee. The number of bribes paid, the amount of bribes, and the heinousness of the circumstances are shocking.
Judging from the cases, Zhang Jiahui, as a judicial worker, took advantage of her powers and powers to wantonly interfere in the administration of justice and bend the law for personal gain. Of the 37 people who paid bribes to Zhang Jiahui, 18 were lawyers, and the remaining 19 included business owners and officials involved in the lawsuit. Why law enforcers like Zhang Jiahui have become lawbreakers is worth pondering.
