The relevant person in charge of Lingyun Street told reporters that the sinking cadres have participated in various anti-epidemic work with the residential area as the main position, and 11 party members have also served as the first secretary of the temporary party branch for epidemic prevention in their respective residential areas, playing the role of a fighting fortress, they are emergency support teams, but also the vanguard commando team, active in the frontline of the fight against the epidemic such as transporting patients, ensuring the supply of people's livelihood, and dispensing drugs on behalf of others. "For example, the work of labeling nucleic acid test tubes at a time is often more than two hours, 1,000 test tubes are a box, about 23 boxes should be pasted, and more than 20,000 test tubes must be completed for each task." In coordination with the nine major offensive actions to fight the epidemic, the sinking cadres have been connected to transport patients, from directional contact to all-way delivery, patience and meticulousness; the amount of supplies handled is large, and the male comrades rush to the front and unload the goods overnight; when the emergency task is released, there are always people who respond positively.
During the period of sealing and control, the sinking cadres enriched the drug protection force in the Chunhuayuan community. The process of dispensing medicines for residents is not complicated, mainly the collection of dispensing information, the hospital running errands, the charging of community drug delivery, etc., but in order not to make mistakes in the busy, there are many details to consider. Through the community mutual assistance WeChat group, the building team leader notice and other methods, Chunhuayuan quickly identified the dispensing needs of about 90 residents, and 6 volunteers quickly divided the work and took the form of telephone return visits to obtain information. From designing information gathering forms, developing return visits, reviewing all the information summarized, sorting by priority, and finally determining the path of action, volunteers were careful at every step. The epidemic situation is closed and there are many uncertainties, which brings many difficulties to the work of dispensing drugs. In addition to the need to cooperate with the time arrangement of community nucleic acid testing, when I arrived at the hospital, because of the large amount of dispensing, the shortage of doctors, queuing for dispensing is the norm, volunteers sometimes spend a whole day in the hospital, and even can't take care of food. On April 16-18, the sinking cadre's team of drug guarantee volunteers went to Zhongshan Hospital, Dahua Hospital and a number of pharmacies in six batches for three consecutive days to carry out dispensing work, completing the dispensing tasks of about 60 households in a day. In the dead of night, the team members also have to review and summarize the work of each dispensing and clarify the next course of action.
At the end of each dispensing task, the bulletin board of the community will post a "Letter to Residents", sometimes introducing the results between the lines, sometimes sharing the experience of dispensing, and the whole process is completely transparent, so that the residents of the community can look at ease, and also let people with dispensing needs get help. "We're not trying to make others remember whose name is, or to praise anyone's exploits, we're just trying to show residents that we've always taken to heart what they care about, and that the days they count their pills at home will be less anxious and more reassuring." The volunteer said.
Chen Changjie and Wu Lili, who live in Lingyun New Village, are a newlywed couple, and they are also party members who took the initiative to report to the neighborhood committee during the epidemic and actively undertook epidemic prevention work. Since the same building is mostly tenants, the two knocked on the door one by one and established a Building WeChat group to communicate with nucleic acid testing related matters in advance to ensure that when nucleic acid testing is carried out in the community, all residents of the building are tested in turn according to the room number in time, so that they should be checked.
In addition, they have participated in volunteer services in the community many times, and together they have helped the neighborhood committee to transport and distribute supplies. For several consecutive days, Chen Changjie and Wu Lili used a small cart to carry dozens of boxes of various materials back and forth, and successively distributed supplies to more than 180 residents door to door, from busy day to night, the isolation clothes and protective gloves were full of sweat, but the two had no complaints. "After this period of volunteering in the community, I found that the community that I did not carefully observe was so large, and the thousands of problems in the community work were so complicated. Even physical activities like moving things, which seem simple, require meticulous planning and a lot of human support in such a community of more than 2,000 households.
