In Yunwei Baoshan Organic Chemical Co., Ltd., the machine rumbles, the production lines are working intensively, and the packaging workshop is busy shipping. At present, it is a critical period for the maintenance of cement rotary kilns, and Zhou Wenjie, 36 years old this year, is leading employees to carefully confirm the proportion of replaced kiln bricks and review the quality of masonry. After the review, he went to the cement mill to screen the steel balls. After graduating from Hubei University of Technology in July 2008, Zhou Wenjie has worked in cement technology for 14 years, and now as the assistant general manager of Yunwei Baoshan Organic Chemical Co., Ltd., he still runs in the production line every day. Since the beginning of this year, Yunwei Baoshan Organic Chemical Co., Ltd. has overcome all kinds of difficulties under the epidemic situation, and the daily cement production and sales have been maintained at more than 3,000 tons. However, no one ever thought that this was the second year that Yunwei Baoshan Organic Chemical Co., Ltd. settled in Shidian. A year ago, it was just getting started.
"In October 2019, I was transferred here from the Wuhan headquarters of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. to face a factory that had been out of production for more than five years, especially at the node of the outbreak of the epidemic, manpower and material resources were very scarce. It is very difficult to purchase spare parts for personnel deployment and resumption of production. Speaking of the difficulties at the beginning of the establishment of the factory, Zhou Wenjie felt very deeply. At the beginning of the project construction, the construction period was tight, the task was heavy, the personnel were small, the epidemic prevention was difficult, and the equipment was aging, Zhou Wenjie faced the challenges and difficulties in front of him, leading the project team to fight in the front line of construction for 24 hours, from the scene to the office, everywhere was his busy figure. He led the team members to conduct on-site equipment status investigation, machine drawing research, accurate calculation of data, waste sleep and forget to eat to discuss the technical transformation plan, one after another technical transformation results, the factory performance indicators have repeatedly reached new highs. In just three months, the technical transformation team has completed a major transformation from 4,000 tons per day of kiln and 180 tons per day of cement mill to 5,200 tons per day of kiln and 350 tons per day of cement mill, and the production indicators and energy consumption level have reached the advanced level of national standards. Zhou Wenjie, with full enthusiasm, step by step, has smoothly put a newly started cement plant under the epidemic on the right track, and won the full affirmation of the company and colleagues. Zhou Wenjie, who has won the silver medal in the 2017 National Cement Operation Skills Competition, the 2018 Huaxin Cement Group Labor Model, and the 2020 Huaxin Yunnan Business Department Labor Model Cadre, won the "Baoshan May Day Labor Medal" in December 2021.
