In terms of rural culture, it is necessary to "enrich the connotation", "build a strong position" and "cultivate talents", so as to concentrate on the revitalization of rural culture, help increase efficiency, store energy, and let it glow with new vitality in modern society.
Enrich the connotation of rural culture and concentrate on cultural revitalization. Rural areas have rich and diverse cultural traditions, and it is necessary to respect and protect regional culture, strengthen the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture, enrich the connotation, and provide spiritual power for cultural revitalization. Innovate the development form of rural culture. Support the creation of rural literary and artistic groups, hold rural cultural festivals, etc., stimulate the inspiration of creators, integrate traditional culture and modern elements, form a new cultural form, and inject vitality into rural revitalization. Promote rural culture into the brain and heart. Combine rural culture with the reality of modern villages, focus on the cultural needs of villagers, and stimulate the endogenous motivation of villagers by transmitting, cultivating and revitalizing culture in a way that is pleasing to hear. Excavate the industrial value of rural cultural resources, combine traditional rural cultural elements with modern industries, develop creative products and services, promote the integrated development of rural cultural industries and ecological agriculture, leisure tourism, characteristic homestays, medical care and other industries, and promote the transformation of rural cultural benefits into economic benefits.
Build a solid rural cultural position and help increase efficiency for cultural revitalization. The rural cultural front is the carrier and platform of rural culture, and it is also the channel for the dissemination and exchange of rural culture. Guided by the needs of farmers, improve the service function of rural cultural fronts, and provide a mass foundation for cultural revitalization.
