Today, outside developer Room 8 Group announced that it will acquire creative arts company PUGA Studios.
Headquartered in Brazil, the company provides production services to companies such as Gearbox Software, Jam City and Kwalee.
Room 8 said after the acquisition that it intends to continue to expand into global markets.
Sviatoslav Pohrebnoi, Chairman of Room 8, said: "PUGA's joining room 8 Group is another step forward in our global expansion, including office, team and service offerings. ”
"We combine best-in-class complex art solutions with stylized artwork that covers all phases of creative game development, from early pre-production to post-production to on-site operations."
Last month, the company also acquired art studio Massive Black and opened new locations in Spain, Romania, Poland and Serbia in February.
