The league officially announced that after the league review, Paul was given an additional first-degree malicious foul for kicking Alvarado in G5, which occurred when there were 4 minutes and 35 seconds left in the second quarter of G5, Paul stretched out his foot to kick Alvarado on a jump shot, who squatted painfully with his crotch covered.
