I have encountered such a moment in my teaching career: when it happened, my mind was filled with all kinds of touching perceptions, that is, I had been floating through this poem by the Qing Dynasty poet Yuan Ming - "Moss flowers are as small as rice, but also learn peonies to bloom".
In recent years, among the students I have met, their learning levels have been uneven, and the situation of each subject has also been different, especially the subjects I teach.
I know that because the accumulation of the first and second grades of the first grade is not solid, my students still have to adhere to the policy of focusing on the foundation and supplementing the synthesis in the final review stage of the third grade.
However, after nearly a year of struggle, I still look forward to it in my heart, they can slowly see their own value, slowly find a sense of breakthrough, and slowly catch up not only in terms of achievements, but also from their own self-confidence.
Just that day in the review paper to talk about the final comprehensive questions, when we taught the ideas and methods of solving the problems to the students, if the students still can't solve the problems, either they can't understand it, or they don't want to understand it.
Most of the time, the way I take it is to guide slowly, focus on the things that make students say, let students think, and let students do.

During the commentary, the students gave a way to solve the problem according to the meaning of the question. I looked at it, first, in a different way than the answer; second, it was simpler than the original answer; third, I didn't even think about it; and fourth, the problem solving process was much shorter than the answer. At that time, my heart was so happy.
