Yang Weizhen's "Hu Yue Xuan Ji" album, the album has a total of ten open pages, yellow notes, of which Yang Weizhen ink is five open, And Yuan Ren inscriptions are several, all of which are authentic. It is included in the Complete Works of Yang Tieya, the Chronicle of Shanghai (Hongzhi), the Catalogue of Calligraphy and Paintings of Chenghuaitang by Yamamoto, and Zhang Heng's Notes on the Appreciation of Paintings and Calligraphy of Muyan Zhai.
The cover of the album has the inscription of Qing Ren Sheng Yu: "Yang Lianfu Hu Yue Xuan Ji." Yuanxian inscription Yong Attached, Yuhua Pavilion Collection. Yuhua Pavilion was the name of Sheng Yu (1850-1899), a scholar of the Qing Dynasty and a famous bibliophile of the late Qing Dynasty. The owner of Huyuexuan, Li Heng, is a Character Shou Dao, a native of Jiangyin. In the text, "Xianlu Xuan Yu Bing" refers to the outbreak of the peasant war at the end of the Yuan Dynasty led by Xu Shouhui, Chen Youyi, Zhang Shicheng, Zhu Yuanzhang and others in the eleventh year of Zhizheng (1351), and all parts of Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, and Jiangsu were burned. At that time, a famous poet from Jiangyin who moved to Songjiang, Wang Feng (1319-1388), recorded in the preface to his poem "Lady Zhu" the suffering of the wife of a Jiangyin official: "In the sixteenth year of Zhengzheng, Jiangyin was in turmoil, and his wife lived in Shanghai of Songjiang according to her father. Soon, Shanghai County fell, Miao Army fu county, and plundered. Perhaps, Li Heng also moved to Shanghai in the sixteenth year of Zhizheng (1356) due to military turmoil.
In the chaotic world, the literati's labor ability is insufficient, and they also lack the opportunity to become a career, and the living environment is very difficult. The Yuanren Dong Ji has a poem "Hu YueXuan for Li Shoudao", which describes Li Heng's home as "a snow nest with a wall dome, and a thin curtain in the window". Li Heng's "home is small", but he can "build a number of newly built grass halls, the partiality of the hall, and do not construct a Xuan"; moreover, every time Yang Weizhen passes by his home, "he will go through Yu Xuan, read the school classics, and distinguish calligraphy and paintings", which shows that Li Heng has a certain amount of financial resources and a collection of calligraphy and paintings. The poet Wang Feng also had contacts with Li Heng, and painted the inscription "Xu You huan shan tu" for it. Xu You is a model of seclusion in the Yao Shun era, and Li Heng uses this painting to show his ambition to "refuse to go forward and be reckless".
