After watching Rain Street's "Python Babu" during the winter vacation, I felt that it was not too addictive, so I found the same series of works in Rain Street, "Cote the Lion King".
The story takes place in the distant African savannah, where many different animals live, and the wandering lion Kurt, with his own strength, defeats the old lion king and becomes the new lion king. Promoted to the new Lion King, Kurt leads the clan to survive the defense of cunning hyenas and equally powerful southern lions. The new Lion King breeds, teaches them survival skills, and finally watches them become a lion that can rely on themselves.
What shocked me the most was this scene - the old lion king and the wandering lion Adams, in order to survive, attack each other!
The old lion king saw that the southern lion group did not have the lion king and wanted to take it over, and wanted to make a comeback! Adams wanted to have the perfect guarantee of survival, because stray lions generally have a lifespan of 4 to 5 years less than normal lions. The old lion king looked at the enemy in front of him and thought: Its size and strength should be at its peak, but it lacks combat experience, so I should be able to fight. Adams was also observing it.
After waiting for a while, the two sides seemed to be in agreement and pounced on each other. Because one of his legs had been broken by Kurt before, the old lion king jumped lower, and Adams's paw slapped down. It turned out that the back had been cut by Adams with a big hole! Adams thought he had won, but reality made a big joke with him, and a bolt of lightning plunged straight into Adams's body like a sword. The old lion king narrowly escaped the lightning attack, but it was not much better. The two lions fell heavily.
Adams was unlucky. I think if reality wasn't a joke, it might become a mighty lion king! And such an ending, for the old lion king, may be a relief, after all, the reality is too cruel and dark.
I think that if "Python Babu" is about a weak person who has nothing, in order to get revenge, and finally becomes a strong person, but finds himself becoming the person he hated the most before. Then, "Cotter the Lion King" expresses the story of a weak person who strives all the way to survive and becomes a king.
My teacher used to tell me in class that stories often teach us how to face reality. The stories of Bab and Kurt are the epitome of our real lives! I feel like an ordinary person who can no longer be ordinary, and become a successful person who is admired by thousands of people by hard work! Or like someone who has nothing, becomes a strong person with a drive and their own efforts. Some people say that there are such people in the world? No, there are many. So we must work hard and believe that the world will become stronger as long as we work hard! Everyone is like a lion, trying their best, fighting hard, maybe they can open up a new life!
