On the afternoon of April 21, 2022, President Tian Feng was invited to participate in the preparatory seminar of the Meta-Universe Working Committee of the China Electronics Industry Standardization Technology Association (hereinafter referred to as the Working Committee) organized by the China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Standards Institute). Leaders of the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Information Technology Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attended the meeting, and Zheng Weimin, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, attended the meeting and spoke online.
During the seminar, Dean Tian Feng proposed to focus on three types of standards: (1) digital space connection standards, (2) digital asset rights confirmation standards, and (3) meta-universe ethical standards.
Dean Tian Feng pointed out that the prologue of the new era of science and technology has emerged: new infrastructure, new terminals, new interactions, new services, these four things are redefining life in the new era.

The new infrastructure aims to achieve national ecology, digitalization, intelligence, high speed, new and old kinetic energy conversion and economic structure symmetry, it is becoming an important starting point for national policies and high-quality development in various places, driving new highlights of economic growth, and is a major new opportunity for the industry and capital market.
New terminals include smart cars, AR glasses, folding screens, etc., which will gradually replace smart phones to further facilitate people's lives.
The new interaction is manifested as that all interaction methods are changing, in addition to computers and mobile phone screens, users will usher in a wider interactive space, human faces, natural semantics, gestures, and even brain waves, will become a new means of interaction, they spiral, breed and eliminate each other.
The development of new services has accelerated under the background of the continuous expansion of modern information technology application scenarios such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and big data, and with the global scientific and technological revolution and domestic consumption upgrades, the innovation of the service industry has emerged in an endless stream.
On the basis of the four new industry paradigms, Dean Tian Feng further analyzed the three cornerstones of AI implementation: data efficiency, algorithm efficiency, and computing power efficiency.

Finally, Dean Tian Feng analyzed the hardware and software requirements for realizing the metacosm. The underlying layer of the metacosm is composed of infrastructure and terminal hardware devices, including but not limited to: human-computer interaction, 3D engine, GIS, design tools, game rendering, picture rendering, privacy computing, AI, operating system, industrial Internet, content distribution, application stores and smart contracts; on this basis, the metacosm also needs a lot of software and technology collaboration, including but not limited to 5G, 6G, cloud computing, blockchain nodes, edge computing nodes and DPUs on the infrastructure side; user-side routers, sensors, and chips , VR head display, display and brain-computer interface. Based on this, the metaverse can derive corresponding applications and develop potential content carriers based on various applications in the metacosm.
