Therefore, since its release, this card has been pressed into the ban card table by K Society, and has been designated as a banned card since September 1, 2007, and has never come out again.
The Last Words were first introduced on December 16, 1999, and then on April 1, 2000, they were quickly designated as Restriction Cards, and there were no prohibition cards at that time, and there were only 6 restriction cards in this April Restriction Card Table, except for the Last Words, the remaining 5 were Lightning Strike, Black Hole, Pot of Desire, Heart Change, and Hanno's Noble Power Divine Shield, each of which was a real and fierce character at that time. The reason why the last words can be among them is actually because of a bug in the effect text.
In the earliest version, the effect description of the Last Words was as follows: as a substitute for 1 monster sent to the graveyard this turn, 1 monster with an attack power of 1500 or less can be brought out from the deck. The bug here is that it does not clearly state the number of times this card effect can be used, so many card guys will make it as long as the monster is sent to the graveyard, then you can summon 1 monster from the deck to play, and with the cannon artillery who can sacrifice the monster infinitely to the opponent's health damage, it is easy to achieve OTK. So the card was quickly re-enacted with an effect text adjustment, and the previous version became an invalid card.
After changing the effect text, the last words became: As long as a monster is sent from his own field into his graveyard during the turn, he can summon a monster with a special attack power of 1500 or less from the deck to the field. The US version also deliberately added a limit on the number of times "You can only use this card's effect once". OCG, on the other hand, limits the number of last words to be launched through card adjustments.
