In August 2014, it passed the appraisal of Beijing Seed Management Station, which is the first white strawberry variety independently cultivated by the Chinese people, and has applied for a patent from the Ministry of Agriculture.
The fruit is white or pale pink from December to March, and turns pink after April with increasing temperature and light, and the flesh is pure white or yellowish. The taste is sweet, the entrance is melted, the peel is thin, the fully ripe flesh is pale yellow, it tastes like a yellow peach, the soluble solids (sugar degree) is more than 14%, the variety is red in temperature, the skin is red when the light is enough, and the flesh is white. Snow White
Snow White was cultivated by the Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences and only appeared in 2014. Red grain, white appearance, even the flesh is pure white, the sweetness is not bad. Soluble solids (sugar content) of more than 10%, taste has a faint yellow peach flavor. Snow White fruit is white or pale pink from December to March, and after April, it turns pink with increasing temperature and light, and the flesh is pure white or yellowish. Snow White is also more resistant to disease than the general variety, so in cultivation, the use of pesticides can be reduced, and from a safety and health point of view, Snow White is edible.
